Our Treatment Process
Our treatment process will vary according to the needs of each client. For some, this will involve brief intervention. For others, more extensive care may be needed. The first few sessions are often used to assess your situation and identify problem areas.
Our counselors and clients work cooperatively together to develop an optimal plan which addresses each area of concern. We believe that therapy is enhanced when the client and clinician agree on implementing the most effective treatment plan and routinely evaluating the client’s progress.
Your compliance with the treatment plan, including consistently attending sessions, completing homework assignments and actively participating with the treatment recommendations, will increase its effectiveness.
